Welcome to Bridge City Martial Arts

A first martial arts class for ages 4 to 6, built around listening, balance and taking turns.

Traditional karate for ages 7 to 12, with grading, sparring and a genuine belt progression.

Karate and striking for ages 13 to 17, in a room with no small children in it.

Gi and no-gi BJJ for adults of any starting fitness, from a genuine beginner track.

Pad work, bag work and honest conditioning. No sparring required, ever.

A six-week course in the things that actually work, taught in a closed room.
